Every member of our staff completed a mandatory health declaration upon returning to work and undergoes a temperature health check every morning to ensure they are symptom free and fit for work.
Any staff member showing symptoms will be immediately sent home to self-isolate for 14 days and follow government guidelines before returning to work.
We would ask that if you or any accompanying persons are showing signs of Covid-19 that you postpone your visit to us.
TEAM TRAINING, CLEANING & HYGIENE
All of our staff have been briefed in our enhanced cleaning procedures and the responsibility they have to their colleagues and our customers.
High contact points will be cleaned twice daily
Signposted hand sanitiser stations are available throughout our business and suggest that you use them on arriving and leaving our premises.
Personal protective equipment is provided to our staff as per government guidelines.
Face masks and protective gloves are available for customers if required.
Perspex screens have been fitted in various locations where possible for additional protection for our staff and customers.
We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a safe and social distance within the workplace and a 2m social distancing will be observed.
Floor markings and signage will be used where necessary asking staff and customers to observe the 2m distancing measure.
We are encouraging customers to use card payments or transfer monies electronically to avoid the handling of cash
