Full Time Caravan Sales Executive Required at our Wimborne, Dorset branch.


We are looking for a self-motivated, customer orientated salesperson with a proven sales record to join our small friendly team. In return we offer an attractive salary package and the opportunity to work within a family business where you do have a say in the day to day running of a successful Touring Caravan dealership.


If you are well presented, can display excellent customer service skills, motivated to achieve monthly and yearly targets, IT literate and can work within a team then you could be the person we are looking for.


The ideal candidate will have experience in direct sales and:

Have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate at all levels
Be friendly and confident
Be self-motivated and proactive in following up customer leads and maximising opportunities
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Have a good understanding of the sales procedure
Be able to complete all necessary paperwork and input into the company computer system, ensuring the smooth running of each sale


Other Duties will include:

Assist the Sales Manager in the smooth running of the depot
Maximising the profitability of the sales department
Help in the presentation of the Site
Take pride in the caravan display
Enjoy working as part of a team
Provide help and support to colleagues when required
Be reliable and take pride in the quality of their work


Hours of work             5 days per week including weekends on a rota system


O.T.E                           £30k per annum -  uncapped  (an attractive basic plus commission)
