Here at the Caravan Company in Dorset we have a lovely light weight 2022 Bailey Phoenix 440 that has been well looked after by its previous owner. The caravan has a alloy wheels, TV aerial and stabilising hitch. Inside the front lounge area has two bench settees that convert to a double bed and there is more room in this area due to Bailey removing the large front locker which give additional room inside the caravan. Therefore, the gas cylinder locker is on the offside with room for 2 x 7kg Butane or Propane bottles. There is also a radio with speakers, Truma blown air heating and the large front window which is standard now on Bailey caravans along with a Heki roof light, which gives the caravan plenty of light during the day. The kitchen has been fitted with a 4-burner gas hob, gas oven and grill, a microwave, and an under counter fridge with freezer compartment. There is a TV aerial socket and 230v socket on the worktop area above the fridge which is an ideal area for placing the TV. The fixed double bed is located on the nearside of the caravan with ample storage underneath. Across from this is the wardrobe and the freestanding table that can accommodate 4 people comfortably. Finally, the rear washroom has a separate shower, toilet, washbasin and storage for toiletries.
