Here we have a lovely 4 berth Coachman Laser 575 Xcel that is 8 foot wide and in good condition. The outside has been fitted with a new PowrTouch manual engage motor mover, along with ATC, BBQ gas point, exterior 230v socket and TV aerial. On the inside the seating and the carpets are a light grey colour and in good condition. The lounge area of the caravan has the usual twin bench settees with a large deep drawer at the front under the window, along with a small pull-out table. There is also a 230v socket at the front underneath the window and a wireless charge point for mobile phones. The caravan has LED spotlights throughout, stereo with fitted speakers and soft closing on all overhead locker doors, which is a nice touch. With the upholstery being lightish grey along with carpets and it being 8 foot wide the caravan feels airy. The kitchen area has a good amount of worktop space with the additional flip-up worktop extension. The kitchen also comes with a 3-gas burner hob and electric hotplate, an oven, grill, roof fan, large fridge with separate freezer compartment and microwave. Across from the kitchen is a TV bracket on for putting a TV on the wall along with 2 x 230v plugs, 2 x USB points, TV aerial socket and a 12v socket. In the bedroom area there is plenty of room to move around freely even when the bed is extended. There are also wardrobes on either side of the bed, overhead lockers and under bed storage where there is access to the inboard water tank. Finally, the washroom is located at the rear of the caravan and is a good size. There is the generous size shower along with a washbasin, toilet and storage for toiletries. Overall, this is a great size caravan with a popular layout.
