This 2010 Sterling Europa 495 is in good condition and has the bonus on the outside to be fitted with a TV Aerial, BBQ point and Motor Mover. Once inside the caravan the fixed bed is located on the rear near side of the caravan with ample storage underneath that can be accessed from the locker outsider. Across from this is the all in one washroom that has the shower and toilet in it and the washbasin is outside in the bedroom area. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, grill, hob and fridge that will run off gas, mains electric and 12 volts. The is worktop space across from the kitchen appliances that is deal for locating a TV. The lounge area is arranged with two bench settees and can seat 4 people with ease. And then convert to a double bed in the evenings. There is also a small pull out table and two drawers located underneath the front window.
